Dainfern

Dainfern sits just around the corner from Steyn City — one of the original large-scale secure golf estates in Johannesburg's north, and still one of the most sought-after. Homes range from established double-storey houses framing the golf course to newer, larger-glazed rebuilds on bigger stands, most sharing the same fairway-facing living areas and wide sliding-door walls we spec for daily in Steyn City.

What suits a Dainfern home

• Sunscreen roller blinds for fairway-facing glass walls that need to keep the view
• Motorised operation for wide or high spans, especially over double-volume entrances and staircases
• Folding-arm awnings with wind sensors for decks that catch the open sweep of the course
• Blockout roller or day/night blinds for bedrooms and studies

Getting to you

Dainfern runs its own estate access and visitor registration, much like Steyn City. We coordinate that as part of booking your free measure, so the consultant's visit is scheduled and cleared before they arrive at the gate.
